RANNIE WEBSTER FOUNDATION
Webster at Rye is the registered trade name, or d.b.a. (Does Business As), for the Rannie Webster Foundation's nursing care and retirement community facility. The foundation is registered with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, Division of Charitable Trusts, as a 501(c)(3) "charitable, non-profit, operating foundation". Webster at Rye's 45 nursing home beds are licensed with the New Hampshire Bureau of Health Facilities Administration. Webster at Rye participates in the New Hampshire Medicaid program.
Webster at Rye is a member of the New
Hampshire Health Care Association, the American
Health Care Association, the American
Association of Homes and Services for the Aged (which represents
non-profit health care facilities), and the American
College of Health Care Administrators.
Thomas Argue has been the Administrator and Executive Director
of Webster at Rye and the Rannie Webster Foundation since Webster
at Rye initially opened. He has been a licensed Administrator in
New Hampshire for over twenty years, holding an undergraduate degree
in Health Administration and a Masters in Business Administration.
He has served as President of the following associations: New Hampshire
Health Care Association, the New Hampshire Board of Examiners of
Nursing Home Administrators, and the New Hampshire Chapter of the
American College of Health Care Administrators. Tom has also served
on the National Association of Boards of Examiners for Long Term
Care Administrators (NAB), as Chairman of the National Nursing Home
Administrators Examination Committee, and as Treasurer of NAB.
